He showed the car to a relative, was available and helpful to him, and we ended up making a great deal. Story does not end there though. I had another relative coming through the Dallas area that could bring the vehicle home, we had it all set but was surprised by an early departure. Mark took this in stride, coordinated with the lender, my Dad, and myself and somehow pulled the entire transaction and delivery in less than a day!
