We worked with Jeremy Burden on a new RX350L, and he was a pleasure to deal with. Jeremy knew all about this vehicle, and he brought us several color and options configurations so we could see the actual cars. As it turned out, though, we bought a blue one that was identical to the floor model. When my wife’s turn comes, I’ll definitely be contacting Jeremy to get the ball rolling. More

“Service” is ALWAYS a Hassle I bought my car here based on an assumption that any service I need on it would be effortless compared to lower end car dealerships. Unfortunately, t I bought my car here based on an assumption that any service I need on it would be effortless compared to lower end car dealerships. Unfortunately, this place spends more time selling how great their customer service is than actually providing it. In my world, there’s more to customer service than pretty lounges and free drinks. To those of us in this world who work for a living and have to keep to a schedule, an efficient use of time is a very large part of the service experience. I came in on an appointment to get a leak in my tire. Yes, I made an appointment. On arrival I was told they had a loaner car for me and that it would take over an hour. I know from experience that I can go to Discount Tire without an appointment and get this done in less time than that on most days. Granted, the lobby is not as pretty, but I can get back to my daily grind in half the time. And, I don’t have to rearrange my day any more than I already have to make it back by the dealership to SWA out the loaner car. This isn’t my first disappointing experience with the service side of Park Place. Throughout the purchase and post-purchase process they are quick to point out all of the benefits of buying here, including free car washes. What they don’t mention is that on most days you’ll wait 2+ hours for a car wash (more like a rinse off) that my 10 year old son could compete with. If you’re looking for a bunch of fluff and empty butt-kissing, this is your place. If time is valuable to you though, this may not be. I just wish I hadn’t spent all the extra money on the additional service options. Now I’m stuck with them for as long as I own this car. More

Before meeting Mark I was a long time "for sale by owner" guy for used car purchases. I definitely had trust issues. It took a lot of time and research but it was effective and reliable. Mark has since converted me into a "Mark Dresselhuys/PPLP" guy. The process is much easier, much faster and a lot more fun!
