Don was so patient and explained everything to me, including all of my options for leasing. I have never been happier with a car purchase and I absolutely love the way the Lexus drives and handles, I will never go back to any other make of car. Not a pleasant experience Came across a Lexus RX through an online post, emailed to make sure it was still available. Tony Acosta replied back stating it was sold. A week later, the ad was still posted online so I decided to call in to verify. Naseem was able to verify that it was in fact NOT sold. My wife and I went for a test drive two days later, hoping to trade in our HS250 and drive this RX home. Naseem was clearly pre-occupied with another customer as we felt a bit rushed through the whole process. On top of that, Naseem looked at our car and stated it had hail damage - which was surprising to me. After we discussed numbers, wife and I wanted to grab a bite and discuss our potential purchase. Naseem rushed us to our vehicle and waved goodbye. No business card, no call back since. Next day I called our insurance, they sent out an estimator who found 2, yes - 2 tiny dings that were most likely caused by a rock flying off another vehicle. Hardly classified as "hail damage". Our family has been doing business with Park Place for over 20 years, this time they clearly did not want our business. More
