I did not realize he was working there when my wife and I went in to look at a car I have known Don for many years, even before he worked for Lexus. She had never experienced the Lexus service from first greeting at the door, to completing the sale, to delivery of the vehicle, and even coming back for car wash and pick up the license plates (which they installed for us on the spot). Poor customer service - Shawn C Shawn seems to not know how to communicate effectively and professionally. If he has to work too hard on coming together with the customer on a deal Shawn seems to not know how to communicate effectively and professionally. I was trying to finalize the details of a deal and Shawn comes in with aggressive body language and tone, that one would expect at a used car sales lot on Harry Hines blvd, not a luxury dealership like Park Place Lexus. Shawn should not be allowed to speak to people and should not hold the position he is in, given his poor customer service skills. His behavior does NOT embody the core convictions that Park Place Lexus has, to provide unparalleled experiences with integrity, passionate service and the personal commitment to excellence. More
