On collecting my car 2/5, before leaving the lot, i see a crack in windshield- right in the line of sight. The service advisor (Brandyn), rude and implied i lied about it being a new crack, and said they never did it. The service manager (Rob), said he disputes it’s their fault, but i should claim on my insurance - and they’d pay my deductible ...(why should i get dinged on my insurance for their negligence..?!). Or, they’d pay half and i should pay half!! Really?? A new windshield is $1800, I’ve purchased 2 SUV’s from them in 2 years - i used to drive Merc for 20+ years, my service advisor kept me coming back, till I couldn’t find MB SUV i liked. Bad PR Park Place Lexus, lose a client for $1800....really? Time to move on, #parkplacelexusplano - way to lose a client. David Strawn the sales guy is a gem, pity his back office crew are not customer focused. More

I admit I’m kind of, ok, very picky as to what I drive. Most salespeople try to get me into something so I’ll go away. 😆 I don’t take well to pushy sales tactics either. David has the patience of a saint! I probably drove 5 or 6 cars the first time before I settled on one and he was always willing to let me drive whatever I wanted without showing frustration. I came back the following day and picked up an RX350. Fast forward almost two years later and I was ready for a change. I’m sure David got a few facial tics when he saw my text but once again, he was patient and made sure I was comfortable with my selection. I’m now driving a sexy red ES350 I absolutely love! I’ll see you in 2 1/2 to 3 years for my next Lexus! More

He was absolutely amazing, took the time to find a car that I needed and worked within my budget. I was in and out of the dealership with a brand new car in less than three hours. He also took the time to come to my house so that my husband can sign over the rights to my other car. All I can say is that is one awesome sales representative! He didn't pressure my decision, and once my decision was made, he ensured that I received every feature I desired on my new NX 300 and every advantage possible. After the purchase he patiently explained how to operate all the new navigation system and other features that I did not have on my previously owned NX. His instruction was thorough and he was so patient! Also he stayed and set up my vehicle's settings so I could simply drive home and enjoy my brand new beautiful NX 300.
