Gabriel was very helpful in helping me select the right car. I had pretty much made up my mind as to the type of vehicle I was interested in purchasing. As Gabriel asked the questions and entered my replies into the computer, I could begin to recognize that my original choice of vehicle was inappropriate for me and the results of Gabriel's analysis proved it. Gabriel was able to direct and demonstrate a more appropriate vehicle for my driving needs which I purchased. Gabriel is easy to work with. This is the second car I have purchased from him and I would not only recommend Gabriel but would use him for next Park Place purchase. More

My particular sales manager Gabriel Delgado was wonderful because he never pressured me to buy, but rather did everything in his power to get me into the exact car at the exact price that I wanted. I felt like he was on my side and not trying to swindle or mislead me like so many car buying experiences in the past. He also has been readily available with any questions I’ve had after buying the car. I will definitely use him & stick with Lexus from here on out! More

Just got a new 2020 NX personally delivered by them yesterday due to these difficult times with the health issues going on. They also brought all of the necessary paperwork to my home to complete the sale prior to delivery of the automobile in order for the transaction to be completed without going to the dealership. I needed the new car by a certain time and they were very good with letting me know the status and timing of the transaction. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend either of them to anyone interested in purchasing a Lexus. More

When I left my cds in my old car, I called him to see if he could track down my vehic I want to give a big shout out to my salesperson- Don Mitchell! When I left my cds in my old car, I called him to see if he could track down my vehicle to get the cds. He tried but the car was gone. He found out it had gone to wholesale and was not able to get the cds back. I appreciate the time and effort he took to find the car. There are not many salesman that would respond to you so quickly after the sale is complete but Don extended his services beyond the sale of the car. For his efforts, I applaud him and hope Park Place shows recognition for this type of service because it retains customers!! He is the best at what he does and I truly appreciate him. More
