Brian was great to deal with in buying my car. Cavin was my service guy and I am very disappointed he is no longer there as he knew what he as doing in servicing my car. I do miss him and would like to see my service guy and I am very disappointed he is no longer there as he knew what he as doing in servicing my car. I do miss him and would like to see him back at Park Place. I love my Lexus RX 350 and will drive this car for a long time as it is very comfortable. I am in my sixty's and have back problem so getting in and out of a car is a major item for me. The RX350 is perfect as it is tall and I do not bend over. Also I have Grandchildren in the back seat a major part of the time so when getting the babies or kids in car seats, I do not bend at all with my RX350. My Grandkids love my car as well. The only thing I did not like about my car were the Dunlop tires. Michelin tires are much better for this vehicle. If I drive this car to death, I would definitely go back to Park Place Lexus for a new Lexus without question. More

Their service is impeckable, that;s another reason I bought my car from Putman. I know the service does not stop with the purchase.
