Park Place Lexus Plano

I had no thoughts of leasing/owning another Lexus when Robert contacted me. I gave him my reasons of wanting something more sporty, or maybe a more fuel efficient vehicle. He was respectful of my busy schedule and patiently waited until I could make it to the dealership. He made the purchase of car easy with minimal time (less then ten minutes) spent waiting at the dealership doing paperwork. He had his assistant, Judy, bring the car to me when it was ready, with all the necessary documents that needed to be sign. Judy spent time going over the features of my new car, answering questions and helping me set up the car/phone connection, the audio/bluetooth features, and showing me the changes in the navigational system. The whole experience was excellent from the way I was treated to the ease of getting a new car. More

I originally saw the truck through an online auction and was immediately in contact with Mark. After I expressed interest via email we talked on the phone where Mark was extremely informative and honest and was immediately in contact with Mark. After I expressed interest via email we talked on the phone where Mark was extremely informative and honest and made me feel very comfortable about pursuing and online vehicle purchase. I'm from Canada and was not exactly sure how complicated exporting a vehicle from the US would be, but Mark was very knowledgeable and walked me through what the process would be. It was made very clear to me of any imperfections the truck may have so there would be no surprises. After we made a deal Mark immediately fed ex'd me all of the necessary paperwork and very clear instructions of how to complete the transaction, which arrived the next day. The only issue now was shipping. Mark sent me a list of numerous shipping companies that could get this done. I tried to make my own arrangements through a Canadian company which was a huge mistake. There ended up being a three week delay without the truck ever getting picked up from the dealership. Mark was extremely patient about this and let me know they had no problem storing the truck on their lot until arrangements were made. I ended up flying into Dallas to pick up the truck myself. Mark sent me a detailed email walking me through where to go from the airport and a list on hotels with their contact information to stay at. He told me to take a cab from the hotel to the dealership the next day and even reimbursed me for the entire cab fare even though it was almost an hour drive! The dealership is beautiful and mark immediately offered me a coffee and we took the truck for a test drive. Not to mention Mark came in on his day off to meet me. The description Mark gave me over the phone prior to purchase about the way the truck drove, the power, the handling, the ride, was very accurate. Mark had taken care of the permit for the truck so I was able to drive the truck away right away. I had an excellent experience. I would never hesitate to purchase a vehicle from this dealership and it was a treat to deal with Mark through the whole process. More

My wife and I stopped by Park Place a few weeks ago and met Anish Rajput. From the moment we met Anish we were impressed by the professionalism and courtesy he displayed. No pushy or high pressure sales tactics here and we really appreciated that. We both left commenting to each other that when the time did come we would definitely want to go back to Anish. A few weeks had passed and I saw a certified pre-owned RX400h that caught our eye posted online. I picked up the phone can called Anish and he walked me through options and pricing. That night I brought in our car for our trade in and we made the deal. I am stubborn when it comes to vehicle purchase pricing and I really appreciated Anish listening to my concerns and taking back various offers to his Sales Manger and even fulfilling my request to speak to the Sales Manger in person. At the end we came to an agreed upon price and we purchased our first Lexus. I can tell you that for all future Lexus purchases Anish and Park Place Lexus have made us a customer for life.
