They exceeded my expectation. Patiently they explained the car to me and guided me through the buying process. Park Place as a dealership is second to none. I had spend a lot of time at various dealerships because I was also interested in a Mercedes ML350. The Lexus product is far superior, but my deciding factor was the way your sales team handled the transaction. I never had the feeling of a hard sale and Jerald helped Pat through the entire sale. It seemed imported to him that I get the RX350 that I wanted with the color and interior that I preferred. As it turned our my friends decided to also purchase a new RX350 and Patrick Jaccar helped us through the final process. Nicole processed my extended warranty and explained the ins and outs in easy to understand terms.. I told him what I wanted/needed (which was a tall order) and he delivered! He actually steered me away from one of the cars, which was more expensive. He felt this other car was a better situation considering mileage, etc. He was VERY honest and I felt he had my best interest at heart...which is rare to find now a days. I also worked with Kia in financing. He is a very pleasant guy that was personable and thorough. I'm thrilled with the car, service and experience. I didn't want another car, I liked what I drove but the repair bills shows it was time. I dreaded having to trade in my car, the experience of finding another car and negotiating a price. I dreaded it to the point of being in a bad mood for several days. Now I feel like a fool. I ruined those few days of my life and I could have just been completed secure and happy knowing Mark would be there to handle everything and put me in a great car for what I could afford. We arrived at the Pre Owned Division of Park Place Plano and were assisted by Pat Vanozzi and Jerald Morris. However, before we departed Park Place Plano, we had joined with our friend in also purchasing a new 2012 Lexus RX 350. Sales Consultants Pat Vanozzi and Jerald Morris provided such competent, capable assistance and great patience with our friend as well as with my wife and I. They made our purchasing experience stress free without pressure. Rather than trying to make a hard "sell" of a vehicle, they were listening to their customers and trying in every way possible to assist them in meeting their needs. And, Patrick Jaccar, New Sales Manager, provided us with very professional yet personalized service which resulted in our friend purchasing a new 2012 Lexus RX 350 and our final decision to trade our 2010 RX 350 for a new 2012 RX 350.
