They exceeded my expectation. Patiently they explained the car to me and guided me through the buying process. Park Place as a dealership is second to none. I had spend a lot of time at various dealerships because I was also interested in a Mercedes ML350. The Lexus product is far superior, but my deciding factor was the way your sales team handled the transaction. I never had the feeling of a hard sale and Jerald helped Pat through the entire sale. It seemed imported to him that I get the RX350 that I wanted with the color and interior that I preferred. As it turned our my friends decided to also purchase a new RX350 and Patrick Jaccar helped us through the final process.
