Chris Brunner's name was given to me as a referral from a friend. I had been shopping on line for a Lexus ES350 for several months. Set an appointment with Chris and arrived @ Park Place Lexus before New Yea friend. I had been shopping on line for a Lexus ES350 for several months. (I live 120 miles away) Was immediately greeted by the friendly receptionist and only was a very few minutes before I met Chris. He directed me to one of his top Sales & Leasing professionals, Jimmy Bryan. Jimmy did an outstanding and professional job in all areas...from test driving to giving me more information regarding the overall performance and features of the ES350 to follow up after the sale. I will tell you that I am not really crazy about going through the hassel of a new car purchase. That being said, this was the most pleasant car buying experience I have encountered. It is obvious that Park Place Lexus is focused on customer service from the minute you enter the dealership. I didn't get passed around from person to person and Jimmy didn't have those "mysterious" trips back and forth to arrive at my price. I understand the dealership has to make money and all most of us really want is a fair deal and not discover later that we got "taken to the cleaners" on pricing. Jimmy has followed up with me since my purchase and I am confident that, whenever I need service or have questions, they will be responsive and helpful. As far as the product and pricing- I feel I have made a good decision with the purchase of an outstanding product (new ES350) which will be reliable and hold resale value. I am in sales and am frequently on the road and I must have a dependable vehicle. As far as pricing, I know I received a fair price as I had done my homework. After looking at and driving both, we were close to a decision. Now it came down to price and trade-in value. At first the trade in value appeared to be $500-900 low. In a short period of time the trade-in value went up $500 and later followed a $200 price reduction on the certified pre-owned car. Kenny did a great job and was very understanding to our needs and desires. Nicole in financing, also, was terrific and we even went with Lexus financing vs my pre-arranged bank financing as the rate (1.9%) was almost the same, the term slightly longer, and with other benefits. My Certified Pre-Owned RX 350 is my first pre-owned car purchase, I had always bought new cars in the past. Jerald met us on the first day and took time to walk around the lot with me and stayed within th purchase, I had always bought new cars in the past. I went back the next day to look again and he came out and greeted my boyfriend saying he was with someone but would be happy to meet with us. He didn't have to come out as I hadn't committed to buying yet but he did! We ended up waiting until the next day and came and saw Jerald again. He let me drive the two cars I was deciding between and answered every question I had no matter how trivial. Jerald worked with me during the purchase process including the negotiations, he made it easy and pain free! When we went to see Nicole there was no high pressure selling, and even the financing/paperwork was fun. I not only recommend to all my friends that they need to go to Park Place Lexus, I be sure to tell them to go see Jerald! I didn't have to be passed on to the sales manager, who generally makes you feel pressured into buying. They worked with me on my trade in and gave me a more and fair price for it. I was hesitant on filling out this review, because of my past experiences of purchasing anything, the experience is only good in the beginning. Jack has been following up with me and offering any help with my post sale, and it has been very pleasant. I had to go through my old emails and find the link to this page, and now I'm writing this review. I'd recommend this dealership and Jack to anyone who is in the market for a car. More
