He had them ready to go and was knowledgeable and well prepared for our visit, demonstrating all the various features and answering all our questions. Even after our initial visit, Dean was thoroughly responsive to all our questions and responded even when he was not at work. When we came in for our final decisions and negotiations, Dean did not play games. He laid everything out and we were able to easily and quickly get to a mutually agreeable price. Even after the purchase, Dean spent over an hour with us going over all the features again and helping us set up all the various user settings. Dean is pleasant and easy to deal with. We will be referring all our friends to Park Place Lexus and to Dean and plan to go back to him when we need another car. More
