I saw a 2019 Toyota RAV4 XLE Premium on their website and figured I’d drive down to check it out. As soon as we arrived at the dealership, he made us feel so welcome. Within a matter of minutes, we sat down and discussed what I was wanting. You can tell he takes pride in what he does by listening to his customers. As soon as I told him about the RAV4, he pulled it up to the front for a test drive. After that, it was easy to make a deal and have them work with me. I appreciate him and his hard work so much. Would recommend Tracy and Park Place Lexus Plano to anyone needing to purchase a vehicle! More

He assures me that technician did not see any nails, so I ask him to check again. He calls me back, saying no nails, tech checked twice! I come to pick up my car, which was supposed to go through their famous MULTIPLE POINTS INSPECTION as part of the 15k service. What do I see? NAILS in not one, but 2 tires, which they supposedly checked twice, and did not find any. Not sure whether it's mechanic/technician or service advisor who was informed about the problem and assured me it's not there because "they checked multiple times" but either way, unprofessional, unreliable on so many levels. Really disappointed, it used to be wonderful service, you'd think that having 4 cars purchased & serviced at that dealership would mean something, but apparently not. Will be exploring my options elsewhere for future service. Worst of all, no one even apologized or acknowledged their mistake More

I had an absolute great time leasing a car here. I called them and the receptionist hooked me up with Blake. He was very nice, listened to my requirements when other dealerships would completely ignore them, them and the receptionist hooked me up with Blake. He was very nice, listened to my requirements when other dealerships would completely ignore them, and gave me the price I wanted without any sort of haggling. Did I mention we did this all over the phone via text? All I had to do was show up to the dealership, esign some paperwork, and had the keys in my hands in under 30 minutes. Blake made the process so easy and quick. I will be back and work with him again. More

From the very beginning we were met with excellent customer service at the front desk; however, what exceeded every expectation that we had was the service we received from Viktor Koleychik! Being newly weds, a decision to collaboratively buy a new car looks very different than buying one independently. Viktor, being the incredible human that he is, provided us with time, no pressure and full transparency to ensure that we were able to make a sound decision. This was our first stop when we went car exploring, and we're happy to say that any other visits to dealerships were cancelled from our daily planner once we saw how wonderfully we were treated. My experience was not one that leads to a recommendation. January 25th I visited the dealership to order a 2021 RX 350. Went through what I wanted and the salesman (Trace) said no problem I will get it ent January 25th I visited the dealership to order a 2021 RX 350. Went through what I wanted and the salesman (Trace) said no problem I will get it entered after I leave $1000 deposit. Since I needed the car by end of May I thought these guys were going to do right by me. After 2.5 months without a word from the dealership I decided to visit them and find out where the process was. I found out the process was in the same place it was on 1/25. They claimed they entered the order but now it wasn't there. So they said they would have their sales manager (Patrick Jaccar) start the search process for cars closely matching my wants and should be able to get one pretty quickly, sales manager does this all the time they said and is an expert. OK, not what I wanted to hear but I wanted the car and gave them 2 more weeks, during which no communication from them was received. So I called them up and said refund my deposit, which took almost a month to get credited back to my credit card. The next day I went to Sewell Lexus of Dallas and 15 minutes after sitting down with Jacob Poteet I had an excellent match to the RX I wanted and a time frame for getting it. Originally June 14th but due to a covid out break at a supplier the factory was shut down for two weeks. I get my car delivered to my house on June 30th. I will never again darken the door of Park Place Lexus Plano since they essentially had me loan them $1000 for 5 months while they did nothing to order a car for me or search for matches from to be built inventory. Needless to say I was very surprised by their actions but Sewell Lexus lived up to expectations 100%. They now have a customer for life. We had bout a ES 330 from them in 2006 and should have just returned to them in the first place. Lesson learned, you want the best service, go to Sewell. I sure will from now on. More
