He allowed her to be the pace setter in the entire process. The 2014 Lexus is250 was the first car that she LOVED. However, most other salesman at other dealerships (Over the last 2 years of doing this!) would have dismissed her when she told him, " I know what I want!" We both waited with baited breath and then she said, "I just don't know if I want Pearl, Black, Light Silver or Dark Silver; and I'm not sure what color interior." He was never phased.
