During our purchase of our new RX350 we made 3-4 visits to the dealership. Each visit we were greeted warmly...made to feel welcome and that our business was appreciated. Carl was attentive to every detail...even noticing a nick in the paint. This blemish was repaired to our satisfaction. Being a little technology challenged, the new devices on the car were a little intimidating. Carl offered a consultation with one of their IT experts who did an outstanding job explaining the new computer system on our vehicle. This young man's name is pronounced Cook but not spelled like that. This is our 2nd RX from Park Place and will always go there for its service and sales. This should say volumes about out opinion of the dealership and staff! More

I wrote a negative review and they immediately contacted me to see what they could do. We talked with Tim Tolson and with Adi Ali and after we discussed some options we went to the dealership. They were more than willing to take care of all the problems or take it back and let us pick out another vehicle. Not many if any dealerships would even entertain this option, so if you truly want to see what top quality service is, purchase from Park Place Lexus in Plano. Tim was so pleasant to work with and he did not play games with us. Thanks for the over the top service. More
Great experience. Rainer was referred to me from another dealer/dealership. He immediately contacted me, we discussed what I was looking for, located the car in his inventory and had the car waiting for me dealer/dealership. I wound up test driving 3 cars and settled on my Lexus ES 350 primarily based upon price and Rainer's recommendation. Once I purchased the car, Rainer invited me back to the dealership for a tour of the facilities. All in all, I was treated like a king. My experience with the sales person Anish Rajput was great. Anish was always available if I had a question regarding any auto on the lot. I wanted a 2013 black ES 350 with the Ultra Luxury Package. Park Place Plano did not have that vehicle on the lot. Anish managed to find a vehicle with the equipment I preferred and within 48 hours the vehicle was headed to the Plano dealership. The vehicle was exactly what I wanted. For the bad, I had a very negative experience with Lexus Plano financing department. I would recommend obtaining financing through your own bank if possible. I kick myself for not doing that. At any rate, I would buy a vehicle from Anish again. I will have by own bank financing before I arrive next time. :) More
