This is the first time I've had experience with this dealership. Before arriving, I had a vehicle in mind. Got my Lexus , RX350 F sport handling at Sewell Lexus at Dallas. Must be wondering why I am posting this here. I went to park place Lexus with appointment and experience at Park Place has been one of the worst. Do not want to name the sale person here, but I visited the dealership, the sales would point me to a bunch of cars to see in the lot and excuse himself. While I do not wear a jacket and bow , when I am going to buy a Lexus, but I am certainly financially capable to buy bunch of them. So let’s not judge the person by their looks. The sales person would not have a courtesy to show respect and understand the needs and pushing me to buy a 2020 version of car. He did not even call /follow up me to understand the needs and wants. I end up buying car at Sewell of Lexus in Dallas without even stepping up in the dealership .A fully loaded car at the same price Park place ( base model). Do not throw your money here. Please AVOID this dealership. More
