Don't bother unless you can personally be there, or maybe not... I attempted to purchase a vehicle at this dealership only to be told by sales associate Kenneth Adkins that unless I was physically there, I not... I attempted to purchase a vehicle at this dealership only to be told by sales associate Kenneth Adkins that unless I was physically there, I could not make the purchase. With all the dealerships offering online purchasing, I found this very odd. I had no problem putting down a deposit and completing the purchase but was adamantly told that due to "inventory shortage", all buyers must be present - no exceptions - and unless I could be there, there was no point in going any further. While trying to clear my schedule, and arrange a flight, the vehicle I wanted was sold, but oddly not picked up. I later received an email from the sales manager, Shawn Clary with a message of "You can now complete your purchase 100% online at parkplace.com." Really? It's a total disconnect and was a complete waste of time. I reached out to Shawn Clary to discuss my experience before writing this review. He never responded. That, to me, speaks volumes about this dealership. More

My husband and I purchased a 2020 Lexus RX and Jolly couldn’t have been more helpful. He was super patient and very detailed. I had been wanting this car for YEARS and it was just never the right time o couldn’t have been more helpful. He was super patient and very detailed. He has even checked on us numerous times after our purchase which makes us feel even better about our choice. He wasn’t pushy like most salesman but yet he was more concerned with making sure we would be happy with our new “mommy car”. If you shop with Lexus at Plano be SURE to ask for Mr.Jolly! More

I live in El Paso TX and was looking for the perfect car. I could not find it here so I look up online. George contact me almost right away., was very friendly and helpful.
