This is our second vehicle purchase from Park Place. I purchased a 2013 Starfire Pearl Lexus LX 570 fully loaded from Darren Smith early September 2013. My time was very limited and I connected with Darren via phone and text messaging. He had everything ready for test drive and vehicle selection before I showed up. I had considered the 2013 Mercedes GL 550 as one of my choices but it came down to I know my Service Advisor, Sina from my previous 2005 GX 470, that the Lexus brand as a whole has few vehicle service issues in my experience, and that Darren simplified the purchase process without feeling any pressure. We cannot recommend Mike enough! We have had some very rough patches due to the economy during the past several years but we were very in need of a car. He greeted us at the door and made us feel right at home. He listened to our concerns and did his best to put us at ease the entire time.
