I went to purchase a NEW GX for my wife, and thought I was getting a good deal. I asked the sales people if a new body style was coming out, and was told that nothing new was changing until 2016. To my su was getting a good deal. I asked the sales people if a new body style was coming out, and was told that nothing new was changing until 2016. To my surprise, 3 months later I saw that Lexus came out with a new body style for their 2014 GX model. I contacted my sales person and sales manager to discuss why I was told a new body style wasn't coming out when a new one came out 3 months later. BOTH of the sales staff lied to my wife and I and told us that that they had NO CLUE that Lexus was changing the body style, and they blew us off. I would strongly strongly suggest NOT doing business with SALES PERSON ANTHONY GRANT, or new car SALES MANAGER PATRICK JACCAR. They point blank lied to is to get a sale, and them completely blew us off after purchasing 2 vehicles, when we brought it to their attention. This is not what we expected when purchasing luxury vehicles. We will 150% not be doing business with Park place Lexus again, because there staff is extremely unprofessional. More

My entire experience at PP Lexus was amazing! I started with a "local" Lexus dealer, name to remain anonymous, and then I spoke with Richard by phone. Richard was very patient with me as we considered diff with a "local" Lexus dealer, name to remain anonymous, and then I spoke with Richard by phone. Richard was very patient with me as we considered different options and most importantly, he listened. RIchard knew our budget and our desires and he found us the perfect match. We were given different options along the way but never felt like we were being given a "sales job". Incredibly, after a few conversations over the course of a week or two, Richard offered us an incredible price on the car that we wanted (one that was substantially lower than other dealerships, including those we visited in person). I could not even imagine trying to negotiate a lower price as I knew I was getting a great deal. My family came to the dealership the next morning and there were NO surprises. Even though our experience with Richard was so wonderful, we were a bit concerned about how things would go when the time came to sign. The price was exactly what was agreed to, the car was just beautful and the dealership was second-to-none. We will always go back to Richard and PP Lexus because of the way we were treated. Our expeience with PP Lexus was far and away the best ever. DO NOT buy a Lexus without talking to Richard first. I should add a few more things about the experience. First, we had an older car to trade in and not only did PP Lexus meet the offer I had from another option, PP Lexus ended up beating the offer (no need to go to another place to trade-in, no worries). Second, the financing guy beat our financing offer on the car by a significant amount. No negotiation, no haggling, Finally, the dealership is very large, comfortable and an enjoyable place to spend time. Little things like a great play area for kids, coffee, complemntary bagels and fruit, just make it a pleasurable place. And PP Lexus includes little gifts for use at local merchants that are not insignificant. Car buying can be a stressful and trying experience but not with PP Lexus. I strongly recommend Richard and PP Lexus for anyone looking to buy a car. More
