Robert and the entire staff at Park Place were friendly, helpful and professional in their dealings with me. I had visited them before this sale to see their selection of vehicles and there was NO pressure helpful and professional in their dealings with me. I had visited them before this sale to see their selection of vehicles and there was NO pressure to buy at that time and was a major factor in going back to them for the purchase. Dealings were fair, respectful (no making you feel like they have all the power and you have none), and very straight forward (no running to a sales manager for approvals, no intense haggling although a little is to be expected). Based on my research, I felt I got a great deal (although it IS the end of the model year). The purchase itself was done very professionally, although it took longer than I would have liked, nearly an hour and a half, to get all the paperwork prepared for me to sign. I haven't taken the car in for any service, only 3 weeks old, so can't comment on their service but a friend raves about how they take care of her and her car, so I'm expecting the same service when I do take it in.
