This was my first visit to Park Place Lexus and the first Lexus I have purchased. This was one of the best buying experiences I have had in my years of purchasing vehicles. Jason was knowledgable, friendly, professional and not pushy. He was very patient with all my questions and concerns and gave me time to consider my purchase. The GM and the sales manager came over and introduced themselves and asked if I needed assistance which was a nice surprise. The finance manager was helpful and professional. In fact everyone I had contact with at the dealership was helpful and professional. The dealership was very clean and everything was tidy. I would recommend and buy another vehicle from Park Place Lexus and Jason Huber. I trusted the dealership and Jason and trust goes a long way when purchasing a vehicle. We were undergoing a stressful Christmas , having our car totaled and looking out for a new/pre owned car (RX350) , that's when i called up park place and Herb attended to me , and listened to our requiremen totaled and looking out for a new/pre owned car (RX350) , that's when i called up park place and Herb attended to me , and listened to our requirements very carefully showed us a lot of cars in the lot , this is just a day before Christmas and we had something in mind when we left the dealership and we were not having the finance ready at this point . On Thu the 12/26 we entered the dealership with another car in mind than the one we saw and again we test drove the 2012 RX350 . Herb explained all the features of the car , answered all our questions with lot of patience. Never during our chat , conversations we felt pressurized, no upsell tactics like any other car dealerships and salesmen . once we selected the car he started off with the application and sales , the most amazing thing was he worked on some price without us asking for it , thats the best part of this entire transaction . also he was so efficient and fast that he did the application , helped us with the credit and beat the APR than our own lender , I got the finance with 1.89% APR , took totally about 1 hr and we were all set . He again explained all the features , setup our car for the Bluetooth , Nav etc etc . He was simple awesome!!! At last before i left the dealership i learnt he was the salesman of the year , if he continues to work with the clients like this , he is going to repeat the feat of best salesman for many more years to come. More

Visited there to retrieve my new plate and get a car wash. Nothing went smoothly. Don't set your bar too high. Once you signed your contract, you are immediately 2nd tier customer. The car is OK.
