My experience with Darren Smith and Park Place was great! Darren was very informative and down to earth as he worked with my wife and I on our purchase of a Lexus vehicle. My wife was pregnant at the time and Darren was very patient and accommodating. We test drove a couple of models as we had to decide on which model we were interested in. Also, during our first visit we had an issue with one of our current vehicle, and Darren and staff came out in the cold to assist. We eventually needed to get the car towed to a mechanic, and Park Place gave us a loaner Lexus RX to drive for the weekend. We did not promise to buy a vehicle at this point, but they still were very willing to help us which allowed us to finish our evening without going home and getting our other car. We bought the Lexus ES and the buying process was very smooth. I always felt that Darren was working for us to get us what we wanted. I would recommend Darren and Park Place to anyone!!! More

He helped me track down our leased RX350 that we turned in over the weekend because the sales associate we gave the keys to didn't bother introducing himself and signing the odometer statement acknowledging receipt of the vehicle. We wouldn't even have a copy of the odometer statement if we didn't ask for one. Thus, we have no proof that the dealership indeed has the vehicle to allow us to terminate our insurance coverage on it. Tom went above and beyond what I had hoped to get in terms of service! There was nothing in it for him. I didn't express interest in getting another car. It was just the luck of the draw that he was the one who answered the phone when I dialed the dealership's main line. Tom's willingness to help, impressive resourcefulness and lack of ulterior motive make him 1 of the VERY FEW sales associates that I will be happy to refer to friends and family. As a matter of fact, I will be posting this same review on NextDoor to recommend him to people in our neighborhood and nearby communities! More

Not one problem was encountered and I had an appointment with a specialist the next week to program my garage door opener so that worked seamlessly. Then I had an appointment for my window's to be tinted and a loaner car to my liking was ready. I felt like I was driving a luxury car and was treated like a valued customer which is more than I can say for other dealerships. I have always felt "special and valued" at Park Place Lexus and wouldn't think of buying any other car (I LOVE my RX 350) and certainly not from any other dealer than Park Place. They are the best! The sales rep made sure I was taken care of, even when her "job" was done.
