Kelli is very helpful and patient. She and her colleagues helped us to get through the process very smoothly and also provided some advise on the financing. She cares about the customer very much, and is very friendly. For the car itself, the particular one that I am purchasing (pre-owned) is in great condition. I like the fact that I've had a good deal on this purchase as the prices is lower compared to offerings from other dealers for the same model with similar configurations. Honestly, I did heard some comments about the arrogance for the dealership, but this is not my experience. I enjoy the purchasing experience and love the people there. More
