Looking for a new car and had Lexus before (purchased at the Preston Rd. location.) Went to new location and Carl Keith was our salesman. He took us around the facility and looked at the different colors and interiors, then said he had a new "Nebula Gray Pearl" coming in the next day or so. Showed us the invoice and "BINGO" that is what we wanted with all the options we wanted. We drove a ES 350 around and decided on the one coming in the next day. The facility and personnel are very courteous, friendly, caring group. Park Place is the "Taj Mahal" of dealerships. If ever I want another car, this is where I will be buying. Hope to have a long standing relationship with Park Place. This was an easy buy, as there was no pressure or anything of that nature during our conversation with Carl Keith. I ended up buying the same car from a different dealership which met my offer, but I liked both Sean and the vehicle very much. Truthfully, had the other dealership not accepted my offer as it was, I would have come back to Park Place Lexus and Sean, and made an offer there - it was my second choice vehicle. More
