He treated me like a fellow professional, and answered all my questions (and then some). Dealing with Jason Saba was the same. Jason was honest, and informative. I never felt uncomfortable or inferior with either gentleman and my purchase was complete in 2 1/2 hours. Unheard of! I have already recommended Park Place Lexus Plano, and all your wonderful staff! My impression from years of car buying was that I would be given the run-around, passed from salesperson to "manager," and be given conflicting information. The reason I continue to purchase from Park Place Lexus (my first purchase there was in 1998, and I have now bought 7 cars from them) is that when I step into Park Place Lexus, I feel like I am the most important person there. I am greeting warmly by everyone I see. The receptionist offer me candy, everyone asks if I am being helped. My sales associate greets me as a friend, the general manager sees me from across the room, and comes to ask how I am doing, and remembers where I work and asks how everything is going. You get the idea. There is no pressure to purchase, there are only friendly caring people. The ambiance of the dealership is more like a fine restaurant than an automobile dealership. You do pay a premium for the car you purchase at Park Place Lexus, but you can purchase with confidence, knowing that your service experience on a new vehicle will be exceptional, and that a pre-owned car you purchase will have been given the most rigorous examination possible. Pre-owned vehicles that Park Place Lexus put in their used inventory are exceptional cars. My most recent purchase was a used Lexus LS 460 L. I was shown the complete vehicle history, saw everything they did to the vehicle when it was traded, and when I found the one and only minor blemish on the car, I was assured they would make repairs at their cost to the minor leather damage. Just last week I took the car in for this work, which was completed in a day, looks like new, and I was given a free loan car to drive while my 2007 was repaired. Of course it came back washed and vacuumed as well. If you want a near perfect automobile purchase experience where you will be treated like royalty whether you are buying a new Lexus LS or a pre-owned car, you owe it to yourself to check out Park Place Lexus. Great price; Excellent service. Daniel sold us a Lexus ES 300h. We emailed quite a bit back and forth as I had many questions regarding the car and the packages that came on them (pr Daniel sold us a Lexus ES 300h. We emailed quite a bit back and forth as I had many questions regarding the car and the packages that came on them (premium, luxury, ultra luxury). He very patiently answered all of my questions and sent photos. We live a 2 hour drive away from the dealer and I did not want to shop around for the car and haggle over the price. I used the internet sales department because of this, but I contacted two other Lexus dealers regarding the car. Daniel's customer service far surpassed the other dealer's sales representatives, and he gave us the best price. Since I was interested in two packages, he got a car from another dealer the day before we arrived. Thus, I had two vehicles to chose from in the color I wanted. We were in and out with a beautiful car within 4 hours, and that included going through financing (which was previously arranged) and the service department training us on all the electronics. The service department's offer to come to our city and pick up the car for servicing was also a great incentive. I feel very lucky that Daniel answered the phone when I called initially. He was just the kind of person I needed to work with. I would definitely recommend Park Place Lexus and Daniel Moore over any of the other Texas Lexus dealers. More

We were greeted by Brian and he provided us with all of the information we requested, plus some. We returned that weekend to test drive the GX460 and we met Greg, as Brian was out of town. We drove the SUV and having owned a GX460 in the past, as well as a ES, we knew the quality of vehicle we would be getting with Lexus. We visited with Greg for a little while but told him we did have another appointment to test drive an Audi and we would get back with him one way or the other. Greg expressed his appreciation to us and hoped to see us later in the day. As it turned out, we did return and were ready to drive away in the new GX460 but instead ended up purchasing an LS460. The color and style that we wanted was not on the lot but Greg took the time to research and found the exact car we were requesting was on a ship in route to their dealership with an ETA of three weeks. We finalized the deal that day and was provided with a loaner car until our new LS460 arrived. During the three weeks, Brian e-mailed us every couple of days with the location and the planned arrival date. Exactly on time, the car arrived, had a couple final details completed and an appointment was set up for pickup. Our Nebular Gray Pearl LS460 was beautiful and was presented with a huge silver bow to make the delivery a little more special. From beginning to end, Brian and Grey were both extremely patient, not pushy in any area, and true professionals (not just the stereotype car salesmen). Returning a week later to pick up the license plate, the service department tech was friendly and courteous. Awesome. More

This is particularly true for an unaccompanied, unprepared and/or uncoached female. "The best defense is a good offense" ~ Having exposure to auto sales, maintenance, and my own previous car buying struggles, this last car hunt started with an armor of confidence and an arsenal of knowledge in hand (credit score, price point, cars identified and researched, able to identify body work and mechanical deficiencies not listed on a Carfax report, and etc.). I was ready for typical sales tactics and partial disclosures; behavior indicative of assumed ignorance and advantage...but it never happened while at Park Place Lexus. (I wish I could say the same for the independent used car lot I had stopped at first.) This has been, by far, THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. Naseem was a gentleman from the start, treating me and my fiancé with courtesy and respect. From the easy access to inventory, transparency and availability of information, the modern yet unpretentious facility ... to the service that extends BEYOND the sale; the level of uncomplicated professionalism and service Naseem and associates displayed has set the bar extremely high for future transactions of this kind. I look forward to a future *new* car buying experience with this team. More
