Before leaving the house to go test drive a Ford Expedition, priced exceptionally well I might add, my husband said " I am not messing around with these people, were in and out!" Well, his mind was already set to meet a pushy car salesman. When we arrived and met our sales person Herb in person, we were pleasantly surprised by his low pressure, personable approach. I got to drive the car and check it all out, while the guys talked about fishing and other interests in common. Herb was very helpful and knowledgeable and he made the car buying process painless. Nicole, our finance person(I think that was her name) was also great and very personable. From the first time that we arrived at the dealership to the month later when we signed the paperwork and even a month after purchase when we needed something after the fact, it was top notch, personalized service. Never once did I feel like we were "playing the game" of buying a car where the paper was folded over and the sales team left us alone to go and talk to the manager for 30 minutes. We were provided great information about the different cars we were interested in and were allowed to take our time in test driving and were never pressured to make a decision until we had processed through at our own pace! We have left feeling completely satisfied on every level, from the quality of the vehicle and the fact that it is exactly what we had hoped for, to the service that we experienced from both Michael and Naseem. Anytime that we had a concern or a question both Naseem and Michael made sure that our concerns and questions were addressed in a timely and professional manner! Too many times in the past we have been treated like children, where in this case we were treated with respect and like adults throughout the whole process! 5 star experience all the way around!
