As I was leaving I was approached by Arnold and he asked me what I was looking for. I already had a Black vehicle with Black interior so as far as I was concerned that was not an option. Being very knowledgeable about Lexus, Arnold said "but this one has ventilated seats". He then started to point out all of the premium features such as the Mark Levinson audio system and the power shade, the navigation and so on. Never pushy just friendly and professional. My husband, daughter and I came back out that night and needless to say I was in love with THAT car. The whole experience was flawless. Arnold and team worked very hard to get us a deal that we were comfortable with and I could not be happier. I wish everyone could have an auto buying experience that we had and I will refer all of my friends and family to Arnold Mezini at Park Place Lexus to make sure that they do. More

Though I was leaning towards to experience a first Lexus for my family, I also visited BMW dealership across the street. I have to admit I was a little surprised how easy to work with John Pak and his assistant Gabriel. I didn't feel the selling pressure at all comparing to many my previous car buying experiences. We made a deal within 10 minutes while feeling very comfortable throughout. It's a complete different purchase experience from anything I had before. I am so pleased with John and Gabriel, I am almost certain I will be back in not a too distant future for other car needs. Whether is it is the service provided by Scott Gillette, or the sales experience we had with Stephen Wedderburn, we are thrilled with the Lexus product, but more importantly, we prefer the Lexus "experience". Not only did a I but a Lexus GS 350 F-Sport, but my wife purchased a Lexus ES350 just a few weeks later. The service and support is unmatched, and I WOULD NEVER look for any other brand or dealership as long as my experience remains at this level. Best Car Buying Experience I came in initially to look at a different model can than I ended up buying. Don was very patient and answered all question I had about the car, but I wasn't sold on that particular model. Even though he did spend a good deal of time that day he was gracious and gave no pressure to buy that model, A few days later I received a hand written letter thanking me for coming in and to let him know if I would like to look at another model or had any questions. It is a good thing he did because I ended up looking at the IS350 F-Sport, and I was in love. I came in the next Friday and ended up taking the car home. The deal was pretty much done when I got there and it was BY FAR the most pleasurable experience in a dealership I have ever had. I will be back when I am ready for another Lexus and will recommend him to anyone looking for a new Lexus. Thanks again, Don! More
