Daniel Moore is the Man! I have both purchased and leased many cars through the years and never have I ever had a better experience than I did while working with Daniel Moore. I have both purchased and leased many cars through the years and never have I ever had a better experience than I did while working with Daniel Moore. He understood that I travel a lot for work and that I wanted to perform majority of the negotiations via text and email and he stuck to that! I informed him of what I was looking for and the budget and he did not pressure me to "come on in - we can make you a deal' right away (which by the way both Ford, Lincoln, BMW and Toyota all did during this latest car search). He researched various dealer and tax incentives and would keep me posted if we were close to deal on what I wanted via text each month as we moved through this process. Furthermore, when Daniel did text to let me know he could finally make the deal happen I couldn't have been more pleased! He sent a picture along with the text showing one of the vehicle options that worked within or parameters we had reviewed...nice touch. We purchased an RX 350 and an ES 350 and are extremely pleased with how it all went down. He is a very hard worker, dedicated to his clients and shows true sales acumen...these characteristics are long lost in most car dealership these days but not at Park Place and not with regards to Daniel Moore! If Park Place hands out awards every month for “Salesman of the Month” than I wouldn't be surprised if Daniel won that top spot every month! More

I was treated like I was the most important customer Robert had that day. I gave him my price range and he delivered. I was never pressured to go above what I wanted to spend and most importantly, Robert sold me my dream car. I could not be happier. His staff was exceptional and I could tell they were genuinely eager to please me. I could not give a higher recommendation for Robert and his staff. They went above and beyond what I could have imagined for a car buying experience. More

Very comfortable buying experience. My wife and I was looking for a specific used Mazda model and found one online that Park Place had. So we drove out to the dealer to see the car on a My wife and I was looking for a specific used Mazda model and found one online that Park Place had. So we drove out to the dealer to see the car on a Friday evening. No one approached us while we were looking so we decided to go into the dealership. Arnold was the first to greet us. We explained we wanted to talk about a car on their used car lot. We had narrowed our decision down to Park Place, and another dealership. We told Arnold we may be back on Saturday. We called Arnold Saturday morning to say we would drive out to look at the car again. Arnold said he would pull the car and the keys so no one else would test drive it until we arrived. yeah... sure. That's just a salesman's gimmick, right? Nope! He really had pulled the car out and the keys were on his desk waiting for us. During the negotiations we explained to Arnold that our decision was based on value of this car vs. another at another dealer. The other car had more features, but was only slightly more expensive. Rather than trying to convince us to buy THIS car, he explained that happiness and comfort is more important than the price of the car. Right there we decided this was the deal for us. Arnold obviously cares about a sale, but he also cares about his customer even more. Arnold didn't try to pressure us in any way. He was extremely polite and tried to make our visit as comfortable as possible. Finance was a different matter... we had already been pre-approved through our credit union at a very good interest rate. However, rather than discussing different finance options we were told only one bank, and only one interest rate (which was much higher than we had). We mentioned our credit union and while it was immediately approved, we couldn't understand why it wasn't discussed in the first place, or at least we could have been given different options. If the point of the finance manager was to get us the "best interest rate as possible" then it didn't happen at all. If they weren't members of our credit union I could also understand, but the dealership was. To future buyers: make sure you understand what financing options are available before signing paperwork. More

Really wish I had tried Lexus sooner. Only complaint was it took about 2 hours to get from driving the car I wanted to driving off after the paperwork. Still much better than other dealers in Dallas but could have been done a quicker. More
