Awesome I am no VIP neither was i buying a brand new $60k car. If anything i was looking for a used one.... For under 30k. I was treated wonderfully from my initial online contact through to receiving the call about my license plate. None of the usual dealership shenanigans, consummate professionals from start to finish. I felt like i was treated like a valued customer.... I cant even imagine what the VIP experience is like here. The car itself is fully loaded and in excellent condition. Very much like new. If it was a brand they specialized in I'm pretty sure it would be certified used. I get the "what year did you say it was" question alot because most assume its brand new. Granted its a barely 2 years old, but still. I bought this car without my husband present and he still cant believe how great a car/ deal i got. No protection for the damsel was needed. It was also priced below Blue Book. Win/win. Please don't waste time going back and forth with other dealerships. Save yourself precious time and go straight here for your next new/used car. They have a huge, selection. When I'm ready for another car, they definitely have my bussiness. More

EXCELLENT service in every aspect My car needed to be towed in for a starter. When I arrived I didn't have to wait at all for help, was greeted by friendly staff and was promptly give My car needed to be towed in for a starter. When I arrived I didn't have to wait at all for help, was greeted by friendly staff and was promptly given a Lexus loaner car (no hassle). The following business day I received a call stating that Park Place had contacted my 3rd party warranty and had the approved the repair; it was of them to deal with my warranty company (saved me some headache). The following day my car was washed and ready. Everything was very quick, the repair seems to have been done correctly, and I couldn't be happier. This is my 2nd service experience there in about 2 months and the first experience was just as pleasant. If they keep this up, I'll have no reason to ever shop for another Lexus service department. I had been looking online for several weeks and decided I needed to see them in person before deciding on what vehicle to purchase. I actually did not intent to buy that day but after talking with Michael Redd and test driving, he made the first experience there so pleasant that my husband and I decided what the heck today is as good as any! The whole process was super easy and everyone I talked with was very friendly. They also gave me a very fair price for my trade in even though it was a Ford!
