My first Lexus and definitely not my last Park Place and especially Brian made buying my car a very pleasurable experience. He really went above and beyond and I will highly recommend him in the future. Compared to BMW across the street, Park Place blew them out of the water and made if very easy for me to buy a Lexus! Service department felt like white glove service. They truly make you feel special and valued. Oh, and I love my little convertible too! More

Kendall made my wife and I felt as though we were at home, and not at the usual stressful environment a car dealer finance manager office makes you feel. A DIFFICULT DECISION MADE EASY I did not plan to buy a vehicle when we stopped by your dealership. I wanted to look at a Lexus IS that was black with black interior. Sean (he met us as we came in) took us directly to one and as I suspected, it was just too small a car for us. Sean said, "Let me show you an ES. I think that may be more what you are looking for". I fell in love with it immediately. It was exactly what I wanted. I was a little nervous because I had not done any research on that type vehicle and did not know what to expect as far as book values. Sean pulled up all that information on his computer for us to view. His price was fair and he made our purchase so easy. He offered us refreshments and showed us around your beautiful dealership while we waited on paperwork. We had a wonderful experience and now we know where to purchase our next vehicle. And we will ask for Sean!! More

Usually I dread the experience, but this time was quite different. Darren Wagoner answered every question, knew his product, and was very kind and professional. Enjoyed the tour of the building and seeing where the cars were worked on--I didn't even recognize it as the place where work was done on the cars--absolutely amazing! We came back because of Kenny's great service, and when he was out for an extended period of time, Adam was able to help us to the same level of satisfaction we experienced last time. This time around was a 2 car deal - I bought a used car and my wife leased a car. Adam ran around, helped us get the exact prices we were looking for, and really took care of us. Although we stayed later at the dealership than we and they expected, they were professional and helpful the entire time. I will be looking for another used car for a family member, and I will no doubt come to Park Place to make my purchase. More
