He patiently test drove the 250 and 350 with me and walked me through all the options as well as color choices. I was pretty indecisive, but he helped me narrow my choices and helped me make a decision towards the end. He also worked with me in getting a great deal on my trade in. On top of everything, Daniel is very responsive to phone calls and texts even after the purchase of the vehicle. Any questions I had he would almost immediately text back and answer or address any concerns I had. As my first Lexus purchase, I can say I am very pleased with the experience Daniel has given me! After years of continued patronage,I keep coming back because you can't beat perfection. Robert Gabriel and Joel Pechauer made the choice to stay with Lexus and Park Place very easy. I had been satisfied with prior RX and LS vehicles, but the new sport GS is a fantastic change of pace that sets a new paradigm of combining luxury, styling, and most importantly handling at a very good price for the package. As for dealerships, it is impossible to beat perfection. The facilities are gorgeous, the service department is stellar, and the customer experience is smooth and seamless at all stages from the shopping to the purchase process and through the maintenance process (the cars are so reliable, I have never needed to call it service but rather maintenance). Dollar for dollar the car is the best value of its kind, and again the dealership makes the customer experience so personal and pleasant and efficient that I don't want to go anywhere else. What can I say: it's the closest thing to perfection you can get. More
