Would Recommend Mark Dresselhuys and Park Place Lexus With already owning a 2006 ES, my Wife and I wanted to add to our 'inventory' of Lexus's by purchasing a second ES (2012 is what we wanted) when our 1 With already owning a 2006 ES, my Wife and I wanted to add to our 'inventory' of Lexus's by purchasing a second ES (2012 is what we wanted) when our 15 year old Volvo called it quits. Mark responded to my internet inquiry and we discussed a number of the cars available over the 'net'. After selecting one and asking a number of questions, Mark responded that the car under consideration was not as well maintained by the original Owner as he would have liked to see. Mark recommended a second ES, for which he sent me the information (pictures, features, VIN number, etc.). The price of the second car, while 3.5% higher than the first vehicle under consideration, was still 6.5% below the average price for this vehicle, similarly equipped, as suggested by both Edmunds and Kelley Blue Book. With that information in hand, coupled with the facts that the car had only 20000 miles use, and was Certified Pre-Owned, made the buying decision very easy. We visited the Dealership, test drove the car, and it was everything my Wife and me have come to expect from Lexus. Including the time to work with our trade (the old Volvo), we spent approximately 3 1/4 hours at Park Place. We drove the 2012 ES home and are as happy as we were the day we took possession of the 2006. Mark was most accommodating and answered every question and concern with the greatest professionalism. When the 2006 begs to be traded, we are going back to see Mark. LMT More
