We live in Oklahoma, but he had helped us find the car that we were looking for We leased our first Lexus, an ES350, from Brian Safianow 3 years ago. We live in Oklahoma, but he had helped us find the car that we were looking for at an excellent price. So, when the lease came up, we contacted Brian again and he helped us find our new E300h. He listened to our wants and needs and helped us find the exact vehicle that we wanted as quickly as possible. Because we drive a distance to get there, he has had the vehicle ready and waiting upon our arrival and has helped us get through the lease process in a timely fashion after being certain that we are happy with our new cars. He also showed us how to set up and use the Bluetooth, radio, navigation, etc prior to our leaving as well. We have been so happy with our experience with Brian's, that we have sent other Oklahomans to him for their new car and they are happy with their experience as well. More

Excellent Experience We were looking for a new vehicle. Since our son owns a Lexus, he suggested that we consider at least looking at one. He had previously met Don Mitche We were looking for a new vehicle. Since our son owns a Lexus, he suggested that we consider at least looking at one. He had previously met Don Mitchell, so we met with Don and expressed an interest in the GX460. From that point on, this has become the best vehicle purchasing experience we have ever had. Don is professional, personable, and a pleasure to work with. We did purchase the GX460 and have been very pleased. Don worked with us in getting a reasonable price on our vehicle, which made our purchase possible. Park Place is tops as for as we are concerned. More

But we felt that it was important to say something about the excellent service received from the manager Patrick Jaccar. He provided personal service to make sure all our questions were answered and that we were happy with our purchase. He also ensured we knew what our options were for the different models and did not rush us. However, our time was still spent efficiently. We purchased a 2014 ES300h. This experience was much better than our first purchase, and it was due to Patrick. We were disappointed that salesman, for the first car we purchased originally, made a disappointing comment about the car we chose. We assumed this was due to the fact we did not go through him for the second purchase and that is addressed in a seperate survey so that it does not detract from the individuals that gave us excellent service. Brian Martin in service definitely also deserves recognition. He is a very loyal and dedicated employee, always with a smile on his face and an easy going personality. Brian always has time when there is a question and makes sure we are completely satisfied. He always goes above and beyond to make sure the car is perfect. He makes it actually a pleasure to go through the service area. More

From the beginning, Don was extremely helpful in not only getting me the best price for my new LX570, but he also went out of his way to make the purchase process as easy as possible. Even after we purchased the car, the service continued. They brought the plates to our home and picked up the car to install window tint.
