It's only taking less than one hour of E-mails and Text Messages and I got the car I want and a fair price even without negotiation. The whole delivery process was streamline and flawless. Jason patiently show us 2015 RX350 despite our indecisiveness in picking the color. We enrolled in a special program that streamlines the price negotiation process. He quickly came up with the invoice price, although we could not get any RX without dealer's add on nowadays. Kendal is very professional when comes to money and speedy paperwork. We could use some smiles from him that day. Nevertheless, we have been enjoying the RX. This is our second Lexus after we drove ES300 nearly 200k miles. What a reliable luxury sedan!
