Since I was going out of town, he emailed me a bunch of options based on our discussion. We were able to wrap up the entire deal via text messages. All I had to do was show up Monday morning and sign the paperwork. I did not have to sit in the dealership waiting for their best offer and spend a massive amount of time negotiating. It was good to work with him and continue to do so in the future. More

I had a lot of questions and he tirelessly answered all of my questions, found the perfect car for me, and mileage that fit my lifestyle. I also received 100% for my trade-in and I pay less for my new car than I did for my old car. I also wanted to purchase a car from this dealership because I LOVE the customer service here!!! Just as a side note: I am all about customer service and spending my money where I am appreciated and respected. I will not return to an establishment if I feel under appreciated. Not the case here! He even pulled up truecar's website to compare the deal we were getting. I consider myself a tough negotiator. This time aroind it was easy and hasslefree. No gimmicks.
