Brian worked diligently with my husband and I over the course of a couple weeks and presented us with numerous vehicle scenarios. Since I was going out of town, he emailed me a bunch of options based on our discussion. We were able to wrap up the entire deal via text messages. All I had to do was show up Monday morning and sign the paperwork. I did not have to sit in the dealership waiting for their best offer and spend a massive amount of time negotiating. It was good to work with him and continue to do so in the future. More

I have never leased a car but it was very easy due to working with Zane. I had a lot of questions and he tirelessly answered all of my questions, found the perfect car for me, and mileage that fit my lifestyle. I also received 100% for my trade-in and I pay less for my new car than I did for my old car. I also wanted to purchase a car from this dealership because I LOVE the customer service here!!! Just as a side note: I am all about customer service and spending my money where I am appreciated and respected. I will not return to an establishment if I feel under appreciated. Not the case here! He helped select a great car and even helped us get an awesome price. For the first time it seemed like the dealership was trying to create a win-win scenario. He even pulled up truecar's website to compare the deal we were getting. I consider myself a tough negotiator. This time aroind it was easy and hasslefree. No gimmicks. No getting the manager, walking out of the store, haggling, no meeting the general manager or the business manager...i mean wow... Thanks to Gabriel for a hasslefree smooth process.
