Home Delivery I had a bit problem to have my wife to drive us to Lexus so we can pick up the car. He went above and beyond in familiarizing us with the options available in the new Lexus RX and actually searched Lexus' entire inventory for models that had all of the options we wanted. He was able to locate a 350 with the Luxury package for me that was actually in Texas. On top of that, Adam also found a 350 F Sport that included every option my wife wanted (pretty much every possible option) and is now on order for her. At the time of purchase, Adam also went through all possible financing/leasing scenarios & options with me. He didn't even flinch while I kept throwing additional financing scenarios by him. Ultimately, it was Adam's professionalism, honesty and patience that had two Lexus "newbies" end up deciding to purchase two vehicles. I received my 350 RX earlier this week and, before leaving the lot, Adam spent the time to go through each button, knob, feature and function in detail. This has been the best car buying experience I have had and I will definitely give Adam my business in the years to come. More
