An amazing and easy experience at Park Place Lexus!!! I really enjoyed working with David Parks, Internet Sales Manager at Park Place Lexus. I have been very busy at work the past few weeks and it was ni I really enjoyed working with David Parks, Internet Sales Manager at Park Place Lexus. I have been very busy at work the past few weeks and it was nice to be able to work out most of the lease details via emails with David. We only really came into the dealership one time for my wife to test drive the Lexus and then the final time to sign the paperwork. David was extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond, had a good sense of humor and a very friendly personality. I honestly felt like he was working to get me the best possible deal on my new Lexus. My experience with David was very different than my previous car buying experiences .... which was a very good thing. I highly recommend that you reach out to David the next time you are in the market for a new Lexus! More

Great service in my time of need! I was left without a vehicle after being rear ended in a car I just bought a month before. Im so happy with the service provided by Tony Acosta. The best customer service award should go to It was a nice surprise to have a women sales person help me! Courtney helped me to take delivery of my car and even though I knew a lot about the vehi It was a nice surprise to have a women sales person help me! Courtney helped me to take delivery of my car and even though I knew a lot about the vehicle already she showed me a lot of features on my car that I didn't even know. I appreciated that she spent her time to help me understand my new car and made it an exciting experience for me! I was shocked to hear that she was still in training as she was more professional and knowledgeable than sales people I have worked with in the past. Jordan was also very friendly, prompt with her delivery time and overall it was a quick process to sign paperwork and take delivery of my vehicle. Being from out of state it is nice to know I can count on Park Place Lexus to provide me good service and competent sales people. More
