JOLLY GEORGE IS AMAZING! I was in the market of a new car after totaling my 1983 Chevy C-10 in Dec. 2022. I dreaded and held off as long as possible to look for a daily drive I was in the market of a new car after totaling my 1983 Chevy C-10 in Dec. 2022. I dreaded and held off as long as possible to look for a daily driver to replace my truck to avoid the slimy car salesmen. For two months, I searched and searched for one but kept running into the same issue - dishonesty, hidden costs, "bait and switch" tactics, etc. The last one that put me over was at Huffines off Plano Parkway when I was ready to put almost 10k down on an overpriced 2021 Chrysler 300 and finalize the paperwork until they just did not care enough to even get the paperwork filled out correctly. I was over it so me and my down payment walked out! The same day, I found this beautiful, prime condition 2013 Lexus ES 350 that was 10k cheaper than the stupid Chrysler! I immediately went into the dealership after work and felt so out of place. Jolly approached me and told him off the bat I am just over the bs with car salesmen and my experience at Huffines. First thing out of his mouth was, "Don't you just hate that! Why do people got to lie!". I told him exactly what car I was interested in and was nothing but honest from the start. He told me how it just came in and had not been detailed but would be happy to show it to me. Long story short, I bought the car and the WHOLE ENTIRE PROCESS was like having a family friend walk you through the process. Jolly defiantly breaks the mold and never thought I would say that about a car salesman. Jolly is personable, friendly, caring, and really does have your best interest at heart.
