Gabriel Delgado is an excellent example of a true professional and knowledgeable employee. Whether is new or used (I have purchase both), I like to get thing done quick in a timely manner and Gabriel Delgado exceed my expectation, as always. He went far and beyond his limit by going to one of the sister brand, from Plano to Grapevine to get the specific vehicle I wanted. 2-2/12 hours, I was able to walk out with my newly used car, 3rd one. This is, arguably, the easiest and most pleasant car-buying experience we've ever had. Both Mr. Keith and Mr. Wagoner practiced the very first principle of good customer service: they LISTENED. And then they responded with gracious kindness and, sometimes, a bit of humor. We came away almost persuaded that our deal was fair and absolutely certain that we were esteemed as valued customers and not merely numbers on a monthly statistics report (though those things surely exist). In summary, we love the car and think the dealership is a model for others to emulate. More
