First class buying experience Out of all my car buying experiences this by far was the best one. I would buy a car again from Ross in a heartbeat. My husband and I were originally thinking of switching to a different brand of car to try something new but wanted to go look at the new 2017 RX 350 before we made our decision. Once we met with Ross we immediately knew we would be driving home a new Lexus that day.Not once did we feel pressured or hounded like a typical salesman. He was very professional, thoughtful and really listened to our needs and found us the perfect car. He even stayed late on a Saturday and waited for me to go home to get our other Lexus to turn it in so that we didn't have to wait until Monday to do it. I am so pleased with my car buying experience and will definitely be referring friends to Ross. More
