He's thoroughly up to speed on product features and the differences between various models, etc. He made the leasing experience as painless and stress-free as possible, given the year-end rush of sales activity (an actual waiting list to speak with a sales associate). Three Years With No Bright Spots We have bought three cars from here. A 350 sport, 350 ES, car. We've never given a negative review of them. The first service director we met was let go, with some other key members being transferred. The new director has repeatedly failed to return phone calls or even pick up when sitting in the office. Even when giving my phone number to the office of the owner of Park Place, calls were never answered. Butch Shank has been our service manager in replacement of Brian Martin. We've tried to take care of loan cars we've been given when issues arose with our vehicles, out of paranoia that they'll feel justified in their poor service more than anything else. Even to the point of detailing them and filling the tanks just before returning it. Over the course of our interactions with them, we've had almost two-dozen loan cars in total as our cars repeatedly got sent back to the shop with error after error. We were promised two years of basic maintenance on our vehicles, and twice with the ES 200, we were told that they would not back that statement after having had to fix so many problems in a short space of time. We payed the last one, convinced that it was all around an error with the call center, $400. We were offered a $100 discount but we admittedly fell for a guilt trip by the service manager there and felt obligated to decline. To make matters even worse, the technicians failed to properly secure the oil containment, resulting in losing a significant amount overnight before we saw what happened. When I had taken the car back to get the issue resolved, all I got was Butch Shank claiming I was going to make a scene over this, though there was no prior history to indicate to him that I'd done this. We've avoided giving a poor survey for so long, as mentioned before, due to a reasonable fear of having our vehicles not adequately supplied. The fact that we've seen such a culture at their place rather than basing it off of thin air says more about this business than even our own issues with them. The workers out of the Lemon office of Mercedes, an affiliated business, flat out told us that a complaint we were trying to file would fall on deaf ears and it was pointless. We've rarely asked for any concessions, but after repeatedly poor service done to our vehicles and selves, it's hard to care about what we have been given. Later on, when I contacted Butch Shank again, I informed him that we had purchased from a competitor and were interested in buying a SU 200 from them and asked about getting a deal on a clear wrap on the vehicle we were going to purchase as well as the one we had just gotten. It's not what he said, but rather how it came across. In summation, it was a lecture on how they've got expenses as explained in the most patronizing tone possible, because I suppose buying $40,000+ cars from them is not particularly incentivising. In addition, we asked about loan cars. We asked for something that anyone should be capable of, a clean car with a full tank of gas. What amazed me was that, as I sat in the office, two other advisors were telling their customers that it was impossible to give them more than half a tank of gas. The fact that we've rarely asked for anything from them, in addition to the thousands of dollars put into returning the previous loaners in prime condition after having given them tens of thousands of dollars for the cars we owned was it. If after all of that, it is still too expensive to give us a discount on a clear wrap, it makes one wonder how such a business can afford to do anything. Instead, I'm purchasing a clear wrap installment from a competitor for $100 more because I know that I won't have to come back there every month or two after finding something wrong and be lectured about the importance of expenses. I'm sure this sounds like just another disgruntled customer, however we've tried to stay loyal to this business for three years. The constant failure to get anything to happen unless upper management gets called in, the endless fixes required for the cars because previous repairs were done incorrectly, and the general culture of this dealership has finally made us give up. We've always been told that the owner of Park Place has been keen to please customers and a total perfectionist, however such a philosophy has not been evident in the work ethics of the business itself. This could be many pages longer but I believe this accurately describes the situation so far. We'll contact the Lexus corporate to make them aware of this as talking to the business itself has so far proved fruitless. In summation, this has been our three years. The quality of the experience has been extremely poor, it's not been the "red carpet" treatment we were promised. Even then, it took a new manager to take it past the point of no return. I'm sure there are excuses for every one of our complaints, though at this point none would make a difference. The sheer incompetence surrounding how things have been handled has turned us off completely from purchasing from them again. Sincerely, Jana and Aaron Wynn More

After buying my car from Adam at Park Place Lexus, I will hold every other dealership to a higher standard - or I'll just continue to buy from Adam as long as I live in Texas. I purchased a beautiful car that was exactly what I wanted right down to the paint color and moonroof. Adam made sure I got what I wanted and pointed out the safety features of the vehicle. He got to know me and understood what was important given the amount of time I'll spend in this car for work. I think he was looking out for my safety more than I was. After the sale, we still talk. He has helped with a few minor questions and took the time to hop in the car with me DAYS AFTER the sale to clarify a few features. I felt that I bought this car from a friend who cares, not just a sales person at a dealership. More

I was so impressed by not only my salesman, Gabriel Delgado, but by the entire staff, and the atmosphere from the moment you walked in. Gabriel did a phenomenal job educating me on both the ES 350 and NX, and putting me in the best fit car package. It was a very thoughtful and thorough approach to car buying. I was also impressed on how efficient and thoughtful they were with my time, I did not have to spend my entire Friday tied up. I cannot imagine buying from anyone else! More
