Park Place Lexus & Autowerks - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE We had our LS460 delivered to PPL Autowerks for an estimate due to an auto accident. The website reviews are outstanding so we assumed that they care We had our LS460 delivered to PPL Autowerks for an estimate due to an auto accident. The website reviews are outstanding so we assumed that they care about their customers. For over two weeks, the insurance company is withholding money owed to us because according to the insurance representatives the service adviser at PPL Autowerks will not return their calls. However, when I spoke to the service adviser, he "claims" that he called the insurance company. And now because there hasn't been any movement, the insurance company has ended the rental car. I called PPL Lexus in Plano and left a message for the Gen Sales manager a week ago but have not received a call back. When my Lexus was being serviced by Sewell Lexus we had no issues with the customer service. We switched to PPL because they are conveniently located to home and office. I guess the convenience is not worth the headache of dealing with these people. I would think twice before conducting any business with this dealer. This is the second time that I've had to post to social media to have my issue(s) resolved because of the lack of response from Park Place Lexus. More

His easy going personality made him easy to talk to. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us exactly what we were looking for. The dealership itself is immaculate. The state of the art facility is more than anyone could need. From the service dept to the actual people that run this place, they are all so friendly and ready to help in anyway possible. This place is a set up to get you in and out as fast as possible. I will go back here for my next car purchase. More
