It is one thing to purchase a vehicle but the real test of an excellent dealership is how you are treated after you have purchased your vehicle. At Park Place Lexus, the service department is the BEST. For me, having the ability to get a loaner car is a real PLUS, since I can simply drive away with the loaner car and continue doing whatever I need for the rest of the day. I have my vehicle detailed every year and a couple of times when I was going to pick up my vehicle, it was raining so the dealership told me to continue with the loaner car until the rain stopped. I call that "caring" about your customers. More
