He is nothing but kind, compassionate, and generous. He just listens and assists in answering any questions you have, all the while letting you decide what is best for you! It was literally the easiest car buying experience I have ever had, and I have bought 2 other Lexus vehicles from Park Place years prior. They are always great each time, but this time exceeded my expectations. We communicated via email frequently, did a few test drives, agreed on the details of the contract, and I literally walked in, signed, was made familiar with the car, and left (took less than 1 hour!). This is a portion of the email I sent him following the completion of my purchase. "I was worried about buying a car, haggling over a price, and stressing about financing. Upon walking into Park Place Lexus, I had just been recovering from a near fatal car accident 2 weeks prior, that ended up totaling my 8 month old 2016 Lexus NX200T . Adam and Mike were instrumental in making a miracle happen that ended up me driving away in the car/SUV of my dreams.
