Most places would probably get annoyed that you bring a baby into the dealership for 4 hours, but everyone was so nice and welcoming. It was the best experience. I really cannot say enough about Ross. Everything was easy, and fast. He has been so prompt answering any emails or phone calls that I've had. It's not like I bought the car then he drops me, he has fully followed up to make sure I am happy. He literally acted more like a friend and talked to me like a normal person.
