Wish I could give 10 stars! This was my first Lexus purchase, and will not be my last. I worked with Ross who was the best salesman I have had to work with. I had my newborn daughter with me, and he went above and beyond to help me move her from car to car, and to ensure everything was perfect. Everyone at the dealership were also so kind. Most places would probably get annoyed that you bring a baby into the dealership for 4 hours, but everyone was so nice and welcoming. It was the best experience. I really cannot say enough about Ross. Everything was easy, and fast. He has been so prompt answering any emails or phone calls that I've had. It's not like I bought the car then he drops me, he has fully followed up to make sure I am happy. He literally acted more like a friend and talked to me like a normal person. He wasn't there trying to make a deal, he wanted to make sure I found the car that was perfect for me. And I couldn't be happier. I am a lifelong customer of Park Place! More
