It is our understanding that you declined a visit, and when you wanted us to match a competitor price we set an appointment for you to come to meet with Tony, which you did not show up for. He then proceeded to follow up with an email, in which it was brought to our attention you purchased elsewhere. Dear Park Place Lexus, I'd like to correct your response, I did NOT want Park Place to "match a competitors price" as the vehicle we went to see (just minutes away from you, was no longer available. I then contacted your sales rep Tony, at Park Place, to make sure that the vehicle I wanted was still available, and then I asked several questions. I informed him I was nearby and that I was at this other dealership. That's where he did a 180 and became quite condescending. And yes, I agreed to meet with him since we were only a few miles away however, after talking it over with my son, who btw, is the person I was buying the vehicle for, we both felt that Tony, and Park Place Lexus, would not be a good fit for us, and decided to do business elsewhere. Solely because of Tony and his demeaning attitude. These are the FACTS of the matter. Respectfully and sincerely, Mrs. I.F. Castro
