Mr. Simonson was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. He took time to go over all of the car's features and attributes before we took the car for a test drive. I decided to purchase the car that day. My buying experience could not have been better. There was never any pressure or gimmicky tactics. Everyone I met during the process were excellent and easy to work with. I highly recommend Park Place Lexus, and, Herb Simonsen in particular. More

Don't Trust Their Numbers NEVER TRUST THEIR NUMBERS UNTIL YOU VERIFY. Beware of new car sales from Plano's branch of Park Place Lexus especially if you are going to lease a c NEVER TRUST THEIR NUMBERS UNTIL YOU VERIFY. Beware of new car sales from Plano's branch of Park Place Lexus especially if you are going to lease a car. Sales managers and finance managers either don't know what they are doing or it is a scam. Their lease calculation on a $40,000 car was $475 with $4000 down as opposed to $412 - what it should have been. When I questioned, they don't show me the math but kept emphasizing that their calculation is correct and it is a good value. Interestingly, their finance manager explains that they charge 6.25% sales tax on agreed upon car sale price upfront for a lease, and if I decide to buy the car after 3 years at the residual, I would need to repay 6.25% sales tax on the residual value. Wow !!! I immediately left the dealership and bought a Lexus with a better lease price with same MSRP from another Lexus dealership. NEVER TRUST THEIR NUMBERS UNTIL YOU VERIFY. More

He is courteous, caring, and prepared to meet our expectations in a car.
