Great experience! I was downsizing from a mom-mobile for the last 19 years to something more sporty. I gave him the specifics of what I liked, white or black, sporty, quick, black wheels, and also gave my price range. Drove a couple of cars that day, liked one of them but wasn't ready to make a final decision, that car got sold and Michael followed up with me to let me know. Then he texted me later that a car had just come in and it met my requirements and he thought of me when he saw it. It still needed to be detailed but I came in that afternoon and it was perfect for me! We did the deal that day and Michael made it a pleasant, smooth transaction. I would be happy to work with Michael and Park Place Lexus in the future but meanwhile I am loving my sporty new non-mom-mobile! More
