Credit score went way down due to the fact and this will stick for 2 years. They damaged the car detailing it and had to return. Sales rep doesn’t care about any issues after the sell. Asked him to return my calls and he just text back pushing it off on someone else. Finance director says he will return your call and doesn’t. This dealership is way overrated and would recommend another Lexus dealership! More
