I had to bring my 2011 Honda CRV in for collision and the collision shop at McDavid Honda had been recommended to me. I received very courteous attention throughout the entire experience. Note...I have hardly ever written a review for any product or service. So it is hard to believe how compelled I feel to share my experience as follows. My service visit turmed out to be the highli product or service. So it is hard to believe how compelled I feel to share my experience as follows. My service visit turmed out to be the highlight of a good day. It went like this... I was met by Carl my service advisor with a sincere smile and wished a good moirning by my name almost before I got out of wife's new MDX. Carl then professionally, yet personally introduced himself with a caring tone. We quickly went to his desk and while confirming some ownership info he helped me understand answers to new ownership service and performance questions that had been lingering in my subconscous until that moment. I immediately felt smarter and happier after the 1st 7 minutes then I could have ever imagined at this point in the day. Carl quickly noticed my IPad and asked if I wanted access to their wifi which helped made me productive and entertained while waiting the short 45 minutes it took to get my vehicle service completed. I coudn't believe all of what was checked and done beyond the oil change that I would not have expected for a $39 fee. I actually felt what good service looks like and Carl was working hard to deserve my loyalty and referencability. For a $39 serviced fee I felt this was almost too good to be true. Oh, lastly, on walking me to my car Carl made feel so comfortable I finally had to admit to someone I could not figure out how to use some buttons on my steering wheel to find certain console info. He very patiently made me feel like everybody has that question and gladly took the time to train me. I I left feeling this experience content and appreciated. Not very often have I had that feeling from any service organization unless when I have been gifted to great expensive hotel. More

I live in Shreveport and working with them from a distance proved me with no additional stress from the car buying experience. This was also my first experience in purchasing and owning a car as well as working with a dealership. Every one was friendly and was able to get me a reasonable price for a great car. Overall it was a great process - trading in my Honda Accord for a TSX. Arthur was friendly even though I came in with the phrase Please NO PRESSURE! Everything was super great except for the price. I thought almost $900 was high for fixing a rear window that wouldn't go up all the way; fixing a air bag problem and getting a oil change. A labor charge of over $300 for the window seemed a bit much. Carl fully explained what had to be done so we will continue to bring our RL and Honda Pilot back for all of our service needs. The Dealership is excellent. Our RL was originally purchased at McDavid in Round Rock, Texas, May 2000. It runs great, looks great and has a little over 72,000 miles on it. A great car. More
John Vakili was patient with us and let us drive all the cars we were interested in to make sure we were happy with our decision. We worked with him earlier in June when we bought our Acura MDX in which my cars we were interested in to make sure we were happy with our decision. We worked with him earlier in June when we bought our Acura MDX in which my wife drives. He remebered us upon entering the parking lot after an internet inquiry. He said to me ths is the car for you. We looked at it and it was nice and true it was my style and taste. We drve all the other cars and went back with the first choice the Acura TL. The experience was smooth.
