I did most of the price negotiation via email before I visited the dealership. Once I arrived at dealership I found my sales consultant Matt Oravetz to be friendly and knowledgeable. I liked the way that when we finally locked in on an exact price for the vehicle that he did not do the "let me ask my manager" multiple times. Instead he made an offer I countered and we came to an agreement on an acceptable price to both of us. Also when I came to collect the car the next day I found Matt Oravetz to be great in explaining the main features and setting up some of the technology features that I would be using. I also found it was a nice touch that he phoned me up the next day to ask if there was anything he could help with or answer any questions I may have. More
