Not a Good Experience from Top Listed Dealer Recently, I purchased a Honda 2010 model and I experienced an unfriendly attitude, misquoting and sloppy work. Before visiting the dealer, it was prom Recently, I purchased a Honda 2010 model and I experienced an unfriendly attitude, misquoting and sloppy work. Before visiting the dealer, it was promised by one of the sales rep to be offered $1000 discount on the listed car price. When i later decided to purchase the car, they first were reluctant to give the promised $1000 discount but agreed to move forward after some persistence. However, they increase the car list price to couple of hundred dollars to offset the discount. After signing the deal, I noticed the list price and double checked it on their website. So, when i visited them back after 2 days to make the remaining payments, they backed out and said the list price was not there when I purchased the car. When I showed them the printout from their website with the market list price, they said there is no print date mentioned the paper. It was really an embarrassing situation as they were questioning the customer's intentions who are willing to purchase expensive cars from them. Later, the dealer rep started behaving arrogantly and threatened to call off the deal. However, another dealer rep came back and agreed to reduce the list price by half the difference. Later on, when we were signing the paperwork and doing the payment, they miscounted the cash and gave wrong receipt. I got multiple calls from them next day asking that money was short. When i double checked on my side, it was correct so I paid them back the difference. I also provided them the printout with date on it about the list price I shared with them. They said they will check with their IT department to see it did happened. I am still unsure if I will get the full discount on the listed price. More

We filled out a quick questionnaire on the David McDavid website and received a prompt email from Harsh Patel later that day letting me know he would be happy to help in any way possible. It was a week later before I was able to go by the dealership and meet with Harsh. What really blew me away was how incredibly knowledgeable Harsh was about the MDX. It was obvious that he was proud of the MDX, it's quality and capabilities. We were at the dealership for 30 minutes tops! On the drive home my husband and I discussed how much we had learned about the MDX that we could have never known from just looking online. To be honest, I knew right then that this was the vehicle for us. We looked at other dealerships and types of SUVs and we kept coming back to the Acura MDX. Harsh called me a couple of days later and we set up an appointment to see the car again, an hour and a half later we left owning our new MDX! I LOVE it!! Matt Oravetz led us through the paperwork with ease. It was a relatively quick process and he made it painless. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. They are professional, sincere and above all it was a NO pressure zone! More

Just helpful sales people helping me get the new vehicle that I wanted. My car wasn't in stock on the day I came to purchase it. But they checked and found that the car was due in on an upcoming delivery. Very helpful. I was willing to wait a few days to get the very car I wanted (model, color, packages, options). There was no arm-twisting to persuade me against my preferred choice, just helpful people making sure I got what I wanted. I would highly recommend buying (or leasing) your next car from David McDavid in Plano. More
